The router moves along the clear grid on the crossbeam of the SlabMatrix to produce row after row of holes at 96mm intervals making a classic multifunction table worktop.
INDIVIDUAL MILLINGS
By selectively setting stop pins or angling the beam, routing in the desired format can be produced in no time at all - from chopping board sills to stair runners.
With the sauter SlabMatrix Pro XL, you can mill slabs with a width of up to 1.6 metres, making this version of the SlabMatrix absolutely unique among pre-built routing sleds available on the market today. In combination with most commonly used handheld routers, the SlabMatrix helps you put a smooth, even surface on live edge slabs that requires only a final sanding pass for completion. It's ideal for tabletops, door and wall panels, thicker tree slices and other decorative pieces.

Many common routers can be mounted quickly and easily thanks to helpful positioning specifications on the adapter plate. With its round design, the plate can be aligned 360 degrees in the carrier frame.
The pre-drilled adapter plate fits many common small routers.
